Our sofas are designed as a comfortable middle ground between active sitting and relaxed lounging, between softness and support.

The seat height is 43 cm, the back height is 75 cm. The seat depth of 70 cm offers enough space to relax comfortably, but at the same time the sofa is not so deep that you automatically slump.

Thanks to the matching comfort cushions, you can also tailor the seating feeling to your preference. Use a high cushion for a more active sitting position or a low cushion in your lower back for a more relaxed lounge feeling.

Comfort cushions not only make your sofa more beautiful, they also largely determine how you sit. With the right combination of cushions you can tailor the seating comfort to your preferences and activities.

A low cushion provides a relaxed, lounge-like sitting position. A high cushion provides support higher up in your back, creating a more active sitting position. By combining different sizes you can easily create the balance that suits you.

The comfort cushion low (60 × 25 cm) is a compact cushion that is ideal for extra support in the lower back while lounging. Also nice as a soft armrest.

The comfort cushion high (60 × 45 cm) is a generous cushion that supports your back higher. Ideal if you like to read, work or sit upright for a long time.

Many customers combine both formats. This way you create a sofa that effortlessly adapts to different times of the day.

We work with carefully selected, high-quality fabrics. They excel in durability, low impact, and are all locally produced. You can request fabric samples in advance so you can view and compare the materials at home.

Our sofas are designed for easy maintenance. Regular vacuuming extends the lifespan of your upholstery. The covers are removable and washable. The back and side cushions are filled with wool and should be fluffed regularly for optimal support and appearance. If necessary, they can be refilled after prolonged use. The steel frame requires minimal maintenance and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

After configuring your sofa, you simply order it in our webshop. You pay 50% of the total amount using iDeal / Wero or a credit card. Your sofa is then produced especially for you. Before delivery, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, and your new sofa will be delivered to your home.

Delivery within the Netherlands is free. For delivery to an upper floor, we charge a contribution of 50 euros. For delivery to the Wadden Islands or international destinations, we are happy to provide a custom quote.

We produce in batches. This allows us to keep prices fair, avoid unnecessary transport, and prevent excess stock. The month in which your order is delivered depends on when you place your order: orders up to and including February are delivered in May, orders up to and including May in August, orders up to and including August in November, and orders up to and including November in February.

Yes. Your sofa will be delivered to your home. Each module is delivered fully assembled in a reusable transport bag. If you have ordered multiple modules, they will be placed and connected in the correct location so that you can enjoy your new sofa immediately.

Of course, we will take the transport sleeves back with us so that we can reuse them and you are not left with a pile of packaging material.

We believe that a sofa should last a long time. That is why we design our sofas with high-quality materials, replaceable parts, and a construction that is easy to repair.

That is why we offer a 10-year warranty on the frame of our sofas and a 5-year warranty on all other parts of our sofas. In addition, you are always entitled to the statutory warranty.

Many pieces of furniture are designed as a closed product: if a part becomes damaged or worn out, replacement is often difficult or even impossible. At Kairos, we consciously choose a different approach. All parts of our sofas can be replaced, repaired, or reordered individually. This ensures that your sofa remains easy to maintain and usable for years to come, even after the warranty period.

Should something unexpectedly go wrong, we always look for the most sustainable solution first, such as repair or replacement of the affected part. This way, your Kairos sofa remains a piece of furniture you can enjoy for years to come, not only during the warranty period but also afterwards.
